Picture 1 sure looks like it. The side leaves show the mitten shape

two things can be true at once? it looks like some plants in the photo might not be poison ivy. Some look more questionable.
Poison ivy leaves are smooth/glossy, from the first pic it looks like the leaves are hairy/matte – so not poison ivy
It looks like poison ivy to me. Three leaves, opposing mittens…
Looks like Clematis drummondi. Texture, size, and shape is wrong for poison ivy.
