As the title implies, looking on tips on attaching these old blinds to my frame? And if anyone thinks that its not appropriate to use? Currently just stapled on, but its just to hold it there for the photo ha,
They are pretty dirty but do clean nicely

Maybe you can use wiggle wire.
When I have to attach plastic, I use furring strips usually roll it in the plastic a few times for better hold, screw the strip to the wall
