Hillside Gardens preps for Mother’s Day & Tomato Weekend
(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The award-winning Hillside Gardens is inviting you to check out their Mother’s Day/Tomato Weekend event starting on May 8 and ending on May 10.
On the 8th, Hillside Gardens will feature locally grown tomato plants from Bee Good Gardening, available just in time for Colorado’s planting season.
It will also be a full weekend with plant sales. That will include perennials, annuals, garden art, and more. They’ll have a food truck on Saturday and Sunday, and fresh flower bouquets on Sunday.
Hillside Gardens just won Gold for the Gazette’s Best of for Garden Center and Wedding Venue. They also received Silver for Music Venue behind Ford Amphitheater.

The coffee shop at Hillside Gardens will be open during Mother’s Day/Tomato Weekend from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. New hours for the spring and summer will be announced soon.
