I checked the roots and didnt have any signs of root rot; roots looked white and healthy. I did use a fish fertilizer and i might have over-fertilized even though i measure? i use it every second watering. Anyways, I don't know if this is a sign of root burn but the base of the leaf connected to the petiole shriveled and turned white.

The first 3 pics is what it's looking like right now, the last photo was when it looked healthy.

    Oh no! I’m not sure what it is, but it could be a root issue. It does look like some of the leaves with the damage right on the stem are dead/dying, it may be a good idea to chop some with the good stem and try to propogate a small part of it in case it continues to get worse. I hope you find a solution!
