It is beautiful! Hopefully you’ve researched how to care for your phalaenopsis orchid and you’re not “just adding ice!”

  2. Do not follow the instructions on that little paper

Ensure the roots are good, I’d repot this right away. But that’s just me.

Best of luck with your first phal. Also you do not need to cut the spike off after blooms drop. Some ppl do but just because they want the plant to grow leaves. I don’t cut mine unless it dries up. My orchids grow their leaves and roots despite the spike lol especially my bigger ones.

Get some clay pellets for orchids, some sphagnum moss and or bark chips they love that and a pot with holes all around is best due to them having aerial roots. Those are the ones that poke upwards.

    Enjoy your new plantđź’śđź©·
