Looks like they’ve changed the design – ours is the trigger type that uses a brass piston to cut off flow – it needs greasing occasionally. Obviously not your issue.
I have had good results from contacting them – ours was replaced, so do that. It it still under warranty?

Yep. I’ve had this a bit. The good thing is most are serviceable (they sell replacement o-rings and seals) or easily replaced. Where is yours leaking from?
Also worth noting that mine will leak if I leave the tap on and the first switch (white in your picture) open even if the second switch (black, on the back of the hose gun) closed.

If it’s at the join use the lever on the hose connection and push in the direction away from the join. You have it the full open position in these photos. It’s a shutoff/pressure adjustment ball valve. Will stop the leak when not in use.

Got a similar model I think. Had to replace the seals a few months in because the missus would leave the tap on all the time.

  5. They’re pretty bad. Had 3 replacements and they all leaked.

Went with Restmo brand from amazon and
had zero issues. Changed all mine to restmo now.

Could just be that one of the o-rings needs replacing. It should have come with a few spares? If not jump on their site and order some. Fixed my dripping spray head.
