I have it growing in 95% orchid moss 5% soil. It's in an enclosed terrarium. Any tips on growing this beauty or should I change anything about the setup?

r/Jewelorchids is the best for advice. There’s a few different substrate suggestions and ways people grow jewelry orchids. Congrats on the stunning plant.

This guy has a good guide to them, and one of the biggest and healthiest specimens I’ve seen- https://herebutnot.com/macodes-petola/.

I’ve been keeping mine in the moss mix he describes for a year and it’s going well. They don’t need to be in enclosures as long as the medium stays moist- they can be vulnerable to fungal issues if they don’t have any ventilation.

  6. I feel I would kill it just by looking at it in person. Best of luck with the care!
