JUPITER, Fla. (CBS12) — A 25-year-old man was killed Sunday night in a single-vehicle crash on Pratt Whitney Road in Jupiter, per deputies.
According to a crash report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Chase Cole of Palm Beach Gardens was driving a Volkswagen Jetta westbound in the 1500 block of Pratt Whitney Road at 9:32 p.m. when the crash occured.
Deputies say that Cole continued straight into the grassy shoulder as the road curved right for undetermined reasons. PBSO crash investigators do not believe that drugs or alcohol were a factor.

After entering the shoulder, Cole reportedly collided with multiple trees.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue later arrived on scene and pronounced Cole deceased at 9:46 p.m., according to the crash report.
