It’s the end of the season. Time to pull them out and dispose of in the bin

Normal reaction for a tomato in a humid environment. These bubbly parts are where roots can form.
Nothing, they’re just not photogenic
there are a number of things that could be your problem, however to answer your question we need more information. where in Australia, how much sun water etc.
