Not sure why the bottom of the plant is all bubbly, is it a pest or disease?

    Normal reaction for a tomato in a humid environment. These bubbly parts are where roots can form.

    there are a number of things that could be your problem, however to answer your question we need more information. where in Australia, how much sun water etc.
