Leave the leaves alone. Wait to see how it progresses before you do anything. If they yellow sure. But as of now they are fine. Make sure you soap the underside of the leaves as well. Insecticidal soap only kills on contact.

Ok, thanks. Last year i had a pest thst made little holes in my rose bush leaves. That happened when I was away for a week. This bush is quite robust but the city street is rather dirty and garbagy. So I really want to prevent pests or whatever happened last year from happening again. I will spray the undersides… can one overdo insectasidal soap? Is something else more effective?
