About 2 months ago I purchased this Monstera from Costco. I quickly realized there were multiple plants in the pot, so I separated them and repotted all about 2 weeks ago.
My question is, should I just start them over from scratch. Cut the older damaged leaves away at the first node of new growth, let them propagate in Leca pebbles and then repot them?
They all look very leggy and I dont think the older leaves will ever recover.
Any advice is welcome! Thanks!

Now they look lanky .. I’m leaving mine together..
A leggy monstera usually indicates insufficient lighting. The petioles stretch and get long in search of light. I’m not sure where you keep your monsteras or how bright your rooms get but they may need a brighter source of light.
Monsteras thrive in bright-indirect light, often closer to windows, a couple hours of direct sun each day. I’d suggest moving your plants closer to a window gradually as not to stress them with intense light. The alternative would be to provide them with grow lights- full-spectrum if possible !
The old growth does look a little droopy which makes me wonder if it’s receiving enough water or if they’re just so long that the leaf is difficult to support 🤷🏽♂️ in my experience, once provided with proper lighting, the leaves orient themselves toward that source of light so shouldn’t be an issue over time.
Hope this helps you out, best of luck to you !
Give those poor plants enough light.
