Plant newb here!! I recently bought my first begonia yesterday, and noticed these spots that seem to rub off slightly with my finger. Not sure if it’s just some sort of mineral residue or if it’s powdery mildew? I haven’t repotted it or anything yet since it seems to be quite happy in its current pot and substrate and has many new leaves growing in.
