Given the bird poo next to it, I would think this is a pellet thrown up by a bird. Typically made of bones and other materials they can’t digest.
Could be a pellet, but the kind that birds regurgitate. Looks like some of the seed is in their poop
Hard to tell from the photo but im guessing it could be regurgitated bird food. Iv seen birds do this before but could also be part of the scat. Is it full of seed and grain
