I didn’t even know this was a thing hahaha but it does make sense since they’re known to propagate from even just a few cells. I’m curious though why you didn’t just let it flower? They are self pollinating and the seeds have a very high success rate. You can get hundreds of plants from one in a single season
To retain humidity a zip lock bag would work better than plastic wrap, just kinda pop it open and slide it over the top. It’ll let some air in around the bottom which is good. And it looks like the moss is swimming, might just be the image but I’d keep the moss moist but not soggy
I’d use a Tupperware of water. Horizontally not vertically.
Why not use a leaf? Those are very reliable and easy.
