First time plant mom here and totally clueless.

I got gifted all these plants (about 11 total) by a lady who's moving out of the country. I know nothing about plants but would love to learn, so I'm hoping to get any help on how to care for these babies.

I'm a total noob, so any and all advice welcomed. I can share better pics of each plant if needed. I know 2 are spider plants, and one has like miniature baby spider plants kind of hanging off of it. The rest I think are philodendrons? Most are all green and one has white colored spots on it. Two of them have vines so long they're all tangled together because they were right next to each other as they grew.

Do you have pets, op? I’m not skilled enough to offer advice but I know from my own shopping that philodendrons arent pet safe and wanted to warn you 🙂

Looks like some pothos and a Hoya from what I can see. Most of those are pretty forgiving plants, but Hoyas can be finicky.

I wish you luck in keeping them alive, sincerely.

You kinda gotta learn how often each wants water, it deposits of size, container, humidity, etc. id err on the side of underwatering to start.

Most plants want full window sun to do their best.

I hope your plants have their seatbelt on.

Did anyone else see a rat hiding behind the spider plant in the first photo?

wow that’s a big plant family to inherit lol. i’d separate them, give them bright indirect light, and just water when the top couple inches dry out, easiest way to not overdo it at first.
