Looks like forget-me-nots.
Yes, the dime is super dirty – I had to ‘bust open’ the piggy bank (I’m old, give me a break), to dig one out…because turning it upside down and shaking it wasn’t working. Curse me for being good at ‘put loose change in the piggy bank, don’t dump it else where.’.
I’m an England and that looks like a forget me not. They are blooming at present.
