When I bought it, the leaves were creating a shape of a flower, but since then it has grown a ton in the shape of a tree, especially in the last couple of weeks, but now there's a new sucker(?) sticking out and I'm afraid that it might stop supporting it's weight soon it it keeps growing so vigorously.

The bottom leaves died out a bit, so I thought about repotting it deeper, but there are new growths at the bottom.

Should I prune it? Repot it? Or just leave it to do its thing?

It’s starved of light, it needs way more. If you don’t provide more light, pruning wouldn’t resolve anything as it will continue to stretch/ etiolate.

If all you have is succulents in the window, you should look at adding a grow light.

I like just buying grow lightbulbs, so I can put them into whatever pretty light fixtures I want. You could get a nice pendant lamp overtop. It also means that when the light dies you don’t have to replace the whole thing and hope the one you like is still available. The ikea havsris cords are great.

FYI. The one in the middle might be a sempervivum

There is no right way, only choices. It stretched because it is a fast grower and is looking for more light, but it can live like that forever.
You can cut it off and make more.
You can leave it until it naturally breaks.
You can stake it up so it won’t break.
    It is your choice.

I am more worried about the sempervivums which will very very likely die indoors. In my experience they simply refuse to accept indoor conditions. They really should be named something else.
