Begginer. I want to take good care of these babies please advise

Hi, I had recently bought a monstera and a sanseviera to try out my plant abilities. I have been watering them maximum once a week and I put them in front of this window where I also have some shielding against direct light.

But now my mum gifted me this other plant that kinda looks like Monstera but without the fends. ChatGPT recognised it as a Monstera, but I’m not sure. Can someone help me identify it? And what are the cares that I need to have with it.
