Just before Christmas my 7 1/2 year old Malamute became very ill and I completely ignored my orchids. All my time was focused on River Song. On March 3, she passed. When out to my greenhouse to check on the orchids this what I found. 1. Den. Unicum hybrid, 2. NOID Laelia hybrid, 3. Paph. Fairrieanum , 4. Paph. Yang-Jo Hawk (sanderianum x anitum) first time bloom, 5. Paph. Harbinger’s Dark Ages, 6. Den. Chrysotoxum, 7. Den. Lindleyi, 8. My girl, River Song.
I have found that, from time to time, orchids respond to a little alone time (neglect).

Sorry for your loss. I’ve buried a few fur babies over the years, it’s never easy. A lovely show and collection to cheer you up though, sometimes the universe has uncanny timing. Thanks for sharing.
