I’ve had those. I dont know what they are but a few cloves of garlic in a water spray bottle helped get rid of them.

Could be fungus knats. They hatch from infected compost. Annoying little buggers. Look up how to eradicate them. You need to target both adults and larvae at the same time or you’ll never be rid of them.
I’ve only seen them in indoor plants, and they are very small, so these could be something else.
