Was looking deflated and didnt perk up after watering. No super soft spots but I was worried it could be rot. What do you think?

repot in a fast draining mix with about 50% organic (soil) – to – 50% non-organic (rock, pumice & sand) …. water less, once every 14 days or so
Nothing here says rot. Keep it in a low organic mix
