This month, I bought a Grandpa’s Weeder (I’ve wanted one forever) and Hula Ho (Stirrup Ho) from @gardenerssupply

The Grandpa’s weeder is quickly becomming a favorite as I’m often just popping around pulling weeds while I wait for the weiners to go potty LOL. The stirrup ho keeps me up off the ground, saving my knees and I’m determined to get ahead of the weeds this year!

    I hope you’ll consider getting a battery-operated trimmer. We have the Ryobi series of battery tools and couldn’t be happier with them. Blessings…

    I'm curious about why a gas powered trimmer rather than an electric with rechargeable batteries? Is it more powerful? More efficient? Cuter?

    Yay for getting much-needed new tools! If you fasten a length of 1×2 to the bottom of the foot part of the "grandpa's weeder" flat side down, perpendicular to the foot, it helps it not sink into the soft ground. Just a piece of wood maybe a foot long, fastened on with zip ties or a hose clamp makes a world of difference.
