This is not me hating but simply educating and sharing my experience.

I’ve used Josh’s Frogs for about 2 months since starting this hobby and I got some live moss from them and found a giant colony of ants I almost put into my Geckos setup….. I’m really frustrated cause I used them to the degree of just planting their plants without even going through a quarantine phase as they assured me it’s fine. But then I check the moss and this is what I see. (Keep in mind my phones in my other room so most of the ants scattered by the time I recorded) I don’t think I can trust them anymore…. I’ve had a plethora of other issues besides this one.

I’ve reached out for either a refund or new one but probably won’t be using them again.

This mistake could’ve killed my Gecko if I was someone who didn’t check or know any better.
