Help me please :(

Not sure what’s going on with my calathea, I haven’t done anything different and been spraying her and taking her with me in the shower but she doesn’t seem to get better, I’ve read it could be spider mites so I separated her from the rest. I’ve left her alone for the last week as I thought maybe i was spraying her too much. Any ideas? Thank you xxx
