  1. Good ideas! Getting ready to create containers so this was perfect timing. Happy Spring 🌷❤️

  2. Lysimachia was a favorite, and a challenge. 😄 I found it didn't like my previous full sun yard. It still melts my heart, will try again in the future.
Hope you stay safe with the spring rains! 🪷💛🌷

  3. It would be so great if you could normalize calling your hardworking staff “women” instead of “girls.” I’m sure there is no ill intent, but you call them girls so often and it is very disrespectful.

  4. Hi Heidi 🌺. What amazing plants in the containers! You arranged them beautifully. I can't wait to see the containers in your garden filled with amazing flowers and colors. Have a wonderful day! 🌺🌻🌷🌻🌺

  5. Hi Heidi, Fun video filled with great inspiration! I love potting up containers and watching them grow throughout the growing season. Well done! 👌🪴🥰

  6. Beautiful combinations- some of those plants like gaura, lysimachia and other will return in my zone. I wanted to ask about your ‘in ground’ interchangeable plant planters you have in your home front yard. What are those? Is it home made or available to lesser skilled people such as myself? A tutorial perhaps? New marketing option? Thank you

  7. Heidi, i loved all of the combinations, but im thinking i like the 2nd one you planted with the coffee cup elephant ear and the red sunpatiences with that splash of light green. My 2nd one was the one you love them most. All the purples. Great video. Wish you could show us more container planting this was so fun and exciting.❤

  8. Love all the combos but the purple one is my favorite. Absolutely nothing wrong with saying "my girls".

  9. So pretty! If you have the time, could you pretty please make a Superbena comparison video? ❤❤❤

  10. Wonderful plant nursery I place online orders and I could not be any happier with the health and beauty of the plants to the impeccable packaging Thank you so much! My go to garden store.

  11. Thanks Heidi for showing these plant combinations. Beautiful planters!! Are the recipes listed somewhere? Thank you!

  12. I am with you, Heidi, the purple one was beautiful! I think I'll do the same thing but I'm going to use purple nemesia Instead of the Lobelia. I absolutely love its fragrance. This is a very informative and useful video, thank you so much.

  13. Just got my GC orders and they are all just beautiful! Well packed so that when the dumb Fed Ex driver left them upside down or on their side, they all came out well. Just a comment about the Rockin Salvia in a pot: I'm in North Atlanta (8A) and our growing season is so long. Last year I put one in a pot and it filled the entire 16" pot and crowded everything out. For us Southerners, I'd suggest using Rockin varieties in the landscape. JMO…

  14. Great choices, the one with the dahlia will be too much. I planted that dahlia last year with two other plants in my container and the dahlia took over, it's a beast and brings in so much drama just by itself!

  15. Thank you Heidi!

Are your Weekender hanging baskets (just the basket without the plants) for sale on your website? I have started an Outside Therapy Garden for our patients but I am not there every day, so the hanging baskets have to be able to make it without daily water. If not please could you let me know where you purchased them? Thank you. Eastern NC zone 8.

  16. Thanks. Lots of great combinations. Can’t wait to get started but going down to 22 degrees next 2 nights south of Syracuse. Ugh!

  17. They are all nice, but the first is my favourite (at the moment) with the different coloured foliage. Can't wait to see updates as the season progressed.

  18. While I appreciate the information I personally don't care for music while your speaking.
Thank you for the information on the planters they ate beautiful!

  19. Great ideas! I have six containers to pot up, will try these. I love guara and trailing plants.

  20. My favorite is the purple combination, however, I am interested in the drought tolerant combo. Hope you give us an update in a few months 😀

  21. Beautiful please can you do containers with perennial flowers and also flowers to pair with roses in containers? Thank you

  22. Beautiful planters! I was considering using the coffee cups plant, and that design is super, but I'm really drawn to that last planter with the 2 thrillers! Saving this video for our warmer weather, free of snow lol
