Vilma Aquino and Charlotte Webb paint a Golden Poppy and a Monarch butterfly that will be part of a new mural at People’s Garden on Mare Island. Touro University students also volunteered on Thursday to paint the background for the new mural. A second community paint day will be held on May 3.
