Jany Le Pen, widow of Jean-Marie Le Pen, is enlisting legal support to advocate for her gardener, who was deported to Morocco this Thursday.

Hatim B., 32, faced deportation following an order from the Hauts-de-Seine prefect due to his undocumented residency status, according to Le Parisien. The 93-year-old recently visited the Nanterre administrative detention center to meet with her employee, who asserts he has been living in France since 2017.

The action taken by the Hauts-de-Seine authorities might be contested by a lawyer retained by Jany Le Pen, who reportedly spent nearly an hour speaking with the gardener, as noted by the French media outlet.

Meanwhile, the Moroccan national, lacking a residence permit, was released from the detention center on Thursday. He was escorted to the airport and subsequently deported back to his home country.
