I’ve had this Thai for 4ish months. Up-potted it day one because of how root bound it was(see pic). The window on the left faces east and the window on the right faces south. Direct light from 12:30-2:30pm then indirect light thereafter.
No new leaves and continuous browning(which is normal I know). I’ll water it every 4th week and mist is every other day(living in the Midwest)
I have multiple lights in place for light substitution from the winter months but haven’t turned any on in quite a while.
Should I be doing anything different?

Honestly, she looks more focused on making giant masterpiece leaves than rushing new growth 😅
With leaves like that, I’d be patient too. Sometimes mature plants slow down because they’re putting all their energy into maintaining those monsters.
Gorgeous plant btw. 4 weeks could be too long between waterings. I water mine weekly and she is dry. If your soil is staying wet for 4 weeks, probably isn’t the right type of soil for a monstera, should be chunky and well draining. Also would recommend some nutrients. Silica to prevent browning, Foliage Pro to feed the plant. I am also in the Midwest, the last 4 months have been mostly winter where the sun is pretty much non-existent, so it was mostly relying on that grow light. For that size plant you can’t go too big of a grow light, especially up in the Northern latitudes. Now as we’re approaching summer, you might see some more growth.
no need for misting, at best it doesnt do anything and at worst it can make your leaves rot.
should probably water more often unless the soil is staying moist for that long. monstera are tropical plants, they dont want to be dry for long.
leaves arent facing the window so its probably not getting much energy. it wont be as pretty but try turning it towards a window.
I am not sure why you think that continuous browning is normal, but no browning is ever normal at all. That is usually indicative of insufficient light exposure, especially if it’s the varirgated portions that are browning.
Photosynthesis is a process that uses water, so plants in brighter light dry the pot more quickly. This is optimal for root health. If you’re watering every four weeks, either the light isn’t sufficient or it’s being damaged by the drought. 💚
Sometimes when you pot up the energy goes into growing new roots (maybe that’s an old wives tale, I don’t have a source for that).
