😂 jk jk! The item in the image is a monstrose form of a cactus, likely a Cereus forbesii monstrose 'Ming Thing' or a similar crested/monstrose Cereus.
Type: A monstrose (naturally mutated) cactus, which grows in sculptural, club-like, or crested shapes rather than a standard columnar form.
Features: It features myriad bizarro stems, woolly areoles, and short black spines on top of its sculptural growth.
Care: It is generally a slow-growing, low-maintenance ornamental plant that thrives in gritty soil and needs protection from extreme cold and intense, direct sunburn.
Now you know 😉

For me, the coolest thing about crested cacti is how differently each one grows. I have one of these, and mine is much more ‘branchy’ than yours; you’ve got an absolute unit there!
My friend had one of these they got from someone on Facebook marketplace. They paid $50 for it, and I kid you not, this plant was 6+ feet tall. It was in a huuuuuge pot on a rolling tray to move it around since it had to be indoors much of the time (Minnesota). Super amazing plant, most impressive household plant I’ve ever seen
