    Here in the south the number of things that would welcome the cardboard is innumerable. Slugs and snails at top of list. Bye bye carrots. Nice little salad bar for them.

    this is the one time daisy i do not agree with you. plant. thin. pick. eat. no pests in over 70 yrs. the thinning is the pest.

    Oop I caught it. The most important part is that u dont expect seeds who Germinate in roughly 7 to 10 days to germinate AND sprout in 3 days 😂😂

    My biggest issue by far is telling which is carrot and which is crabgrass when they sprout. Pulling the crab messes up the carrot. Damn these weeds!

    I'm having better results with a felt fabric about the thickness of cardboard and it allows rain to absorb better

    I'm going to use the Chicken trays I get at the meat isle. I'll just turn them over and there is room for more ideas.
