This is my very first time growing so I accept I might kill a lot of things this first round. I sewed most of these between 3/24-4/5. I water about once every 3 days with half a turkey baster of water. I’ve used fertilized water once with like 1/4 teaspoon of fish fertilizer. I turn the light off nightly for about 8-9 hours when I sleep.

I feel like they need help but I’m not exactly sure what I need to fix.

Don’t pot up until you have two sets of true leaves.

They probably aren’t getting enough light. They should usually be within a few inches from the light (unless it’s really strong, which I’m guessing that’s not). Also they need to stay pretty moist to germinate—those look dry to me. When you water, is it beading at the surface of the dirt or sinking in quickly?

I always water until water comes out the bottom of the pot, and keep it moist. Yours looks super dry.
