I've owned a few phals and they are doing really well. One currently has 3 spikes with 3 sets of blooms.

I think because mine do ok people give me their phals that are super sad. These two were given to me because they couldn't get them to bloom again. They now both have spikes and flowers. But the leaves are still wrinkly.

Just wondering if this is something I can fix. Both of these phals have also started putting out new leaves and they're nice and plump.

They will not go away on the older leaves. But if you take good care of it and it’s able to retain moisture, the new leaves will be healthy. These wrinkled leaves will eventually fall off with age. Make sure to not overwater because that’ll cause root rot, which will lead to more wrinkled leaves.

Have you checked to see if the roots are rotted? It looks like it’s not getting any water. Considering your experience I would not think that it is due to under watering but it is like the roots can’t absorb water.
