This is the first time I've had seedlings indoors as starts so I'm still learning.
Over the weekend I split up the seedlings if there were multiples in a pot. These three have some yellowing/brownish lower leaves. They have not been fertilized yet however I am purchasing some this morning for when the time is right. They hadn't been watered since transplant so I'm not sure if it's an overwatering issue, if it's a nutrient deficiency issue or they are upset because of the transplanting.
What should be my next step? These are the only three with this issue.

Possibly too cold. What are soil temps like?
My seedlings look the same as yours at this stage, and I have not started fertilizing yet either. I’m waiting for what I’m not sure lol, but it seems a tad too early still.
Of all of the plants I’ve grown indoors, tomatoes are the only ones that look sickly under artificial light. When they finally go outside they snap out of their funk relatively quick.
The worst under lights were spoon tomatoes – they looked dreadful every phase – even though they kept growing.
I’m on vipar spectra lights
It looks to me like a phosphorus deficiency, which can be caused by a number of things.
Obviously, fertilizer could help, but it may also be over watering or cold stress (<60 F) that is preventing the plant from uptaking the nutrients it needs.
