    looks like mullein, _Verbascum thapsus_.

    To me it looks like Stachys officinalis ‘Hummelo’ but I could be wrong.

    I think it’s a Digitalis sp. (foxglove, likely Digitalis pupurea).

    I want it to be mullein but it’s not!!
    It’s not soft and uniformed.
    I honestly don’t know if I have ever seen this plant before.
    Very curious to see its Identification.

    In that bed, next to the other perennials, my guess is Stachys byzantina, or lambs ear.
