

I need some advise how to finalise my Juniper for this season. I’ve already did some clearance, but it still feels unfinished. Apex seems a bit off, lower branches seems a bit long, but they are bushy already so dunno.
If you have any great advise, before I repot, don’t hesitate. Before-after pic attached.

It’s very difficult. You can easily get a full canopy there by cutting back but you’ve got duplicating branches and thicker ones above thin as well as a lack of taper developing up the trunk.
It depends on how high a quality you want to make it. If you want a simple option then just prune back to the canopy and continually do so over the reasons.
Otherwise I’d consider heavily pruning back your bar branches and and cutting the upper growth back for a new smaller leader to develop.
