Just yeet it in to some soil roots down and wait for results.

Up against a pole root side to the pole. Jam the stem end in the pot.
anonablous
best option, imo:
laying the stem on top of the soil, roots facing down, w/ the end you’re holding butted up against a climbing support-anything from moss poles to planks.
and a pot about 1-2″ in diameter larger than the stem is long-should be at least 1.5-2″ clearance between ends of stem and pot rim-teeny bit more if you’re adding moss pole, about same if a plank.
drainage hole(s) at bottom and a good chunky aroid mix in the pot. plant should be between the plank and the light source, facing the light source.
