I recently got the equipment to start a moss pole (I already had fir bark, is that comparable to orchid bark?)
I then realized that none of my cuttings are really ready for a moss pole, but the ends of one of my plants are perfect, so I went ahead and cut them to propagate. I didn't do enough research beforehand, if I did, I would have cut these much earlier so they'd have time to grow roots.
They're in water with cuttings from the same plant, but is there anything more I can do to help prep them for climbing?
