We had a spring storm recently that knocked over my brussle sprout. Then came rain, sun and 10+ C temeratures and this thing went on a wild growth spurt!
The “wild growth spurt” is the plant bolting to flower, probably as a consequence of that heat stress. Unfortunately, that means that you’re not going to get sprouts, but you can still harvest and cook the leaves. Do so soon because everything will get tough and bitter as the flower forms.
