I had an officer talk to her requesting two really simple things, don’t go on his property. Don’t damage his property.
She didn’t get the message and is already creeping around just outside my property, taking pictures.

That’s creepy AF. She could easily have taken photos from the pavement even if they were warranted.
If trespassing someone is part of a legal system where you are it seems like it’s time. This is harassment.

Just keep reporting her until they get beyond sick of her shit too and hopefully put some fear into her. I’d also post a no trespassing sign or two for good measure if you haven’t yet to start out with.
Start printing out the pictures and posting them around your neighborhood. Time to start public shaming.
It’s amazing what people in other places get away with. Where I am this absolutely wouldn’t fly, and the officer would’ve made that abundantly clear.
Definitely update the police and if they offer to press charges say yes. She obviously isn’t going to listen to words

If your city does end up giving you a hard time about the blanket flowers, I’ve seen other people on this sub get it resolved by mowing a perimeter around the edge of the yard and along the sidewalk. Basically a narrow mown area as the edging. Just a thought.
Since she is so into invasive species you best encourage some fire ants to grow in your yard to appease her.
I’m waiting in the update where someone finds her social media and we get to see the other (very crazy) side of this. I feel it in my bones that this lady posts her screed somewhere unironically.
I thought this was my fashion sub and she wanted tips. If she comes back again, while you’re waiting for the police, here are my thoughts: she could use to size up the pullover, try straight cut jeans instead of taper, cuff the bottoms or get them hemmed, and I like the brown plaid and black combo but the tight ponytail isn’t doing it and she could try a nice chignon or loose braid instead. Perhaps a nice flower in her hair, too.

I’m a doubler downer with this kind of thing, you need raised beds and more wild flowers asap! Look into protected species of bug/animals and creating habitat for them. I don’t know if that works at all, might be worth a shot. Sorry you are having to deal with this person. May your garden bring you peace and calm! ❤️✌️

If I had a front yard/lawn area I would do this. I am doing something similar in my back yard but on a smaller scale.

I happened across a show on HBO called “Neighbors” recently. Just the absolute top tier level of insane garbage humans.
Now I guess I could offer some advice: maybe a short fence on the property line along with all you’ve done so far. She can still be mad, but the flowers would have more space from her middle fingies
I have a neighbor with like six cars in his front yard. Another has weeds up to the knees. We are in like six or seven wars. Nobody can afford groceries. How does this woman find energy within herself to be furious at flowers?
Keep documenting. It should be easy enough to prove harassment now, but continue bolster your case. Keep logs. Back up logs and video. Document every time. A sign up that says no trespassing?
Never can understand why people think it’s within their rights to change or complain about anything that belongs to other people. Like, just don’t look?
