Whenever I pass by. Those look great, I bet they’re juicy. When I the top shows up and gets a colour like that, and diameter shows how big they are (those look solid) i pick one up and taste test it. You can leave em longer evem if they taste good but be careful because they’ll get that woody taste and some stronger fibers if left too long. My father prefers em that way. Also beware of rain, once ripe they tend to break if raining or overwatering, bcs of excess water.

P.S. Those leaves are 100% edible, if you didn’t treat em with anything, and you can make loads of stuff with it. I sometimes eat em raw, young leaves are the best

When do I pick radishes? Too early. Always too early lol

Pick first thing in the morning having made sure to water the previous evening. Better crunch.

Pull it out before you get in trouble!

Sooner rather than later or else they start getting woody and sharp or bitter tasting.

In case you don’t know, you can make pesto out of radish greens. It’s delish! Just make like regular pesto. I do use pumpkin pepitas rather than pine nuts in mine. So good.
