I do have new growth but it’s been struggling for a min.
I changed the pot about 2 months ago maybe a little less or a little more idk.
So should I get one of these and if yes which one ?

I’m no expert but I would say that’s underwatering or singed leaves.
Sorry, scorched, too much direct sunlight??
Too much light or not enough water def not over watered
