Liriope muscari, likely originally planted and has spread around by itself. It’s an ornamental grass, so keep it if you like it
Edit: might be species L. spicata, which would have a different growth habit of more spread around rather than clumping. Can’t tell by the photos though

Liriopefor sure – the good one gets very fat blades and the bad one they stay 1/4″- hard to tell for me if they’re not full grown
