Newcomer in the hydroponics, try to start for lettuce plants and pass several weeks plants don't grow 🥲
Hydroponic system was setup for 15 minutes every hour, we use a nutrient liquid that recommends a guy in a specialized store.
Any help would appreciated!

Do you have a growing light?
I have the same set up. I found those sponges didnt work for me. They just kept going dry. I replaced them with rockwool, found a great pack that kinda tapers towards the bottom. I added some cheep led lights. I dont have the most impressive tower but it does work. Gotta keep the PH at 6, I accidentally fried some plants early on because I didnt realise that the plants can raise the PH of the water as they grow. I also raise the seedlings in a Tupperware box then put them in the tower.
