Hi, this is my first Alocasia. Recently I noticed that some of the leaves seem to be coming from different places in the soil – does that mean that there's multiple corms growing leaves? Should I be trying to separate them or is it fine for them to all be growing like this crowded on one side of the pot? Some of the new leaves coming in are the size of my hand and other ones look like little babies.

It seems VERY happy, you even have a flower there. I would either leave it until it starts to look stressed or unpot, remove some corms and babies but repot with a nice bunch of plants still together to keep it looking full. Great job, beautiful plant.
