I have this wonderful ficus that I need to repot soon because without the stones that I placed around it it always falls to one side. I haven’t lifted those stones in a long time and now I have found some stuff under there which I don’t know if I should be worried about.. those yellow things are bugs but I’m not sure which ones or if they are harmful.. Educate me please

The white stuff looks like mycorrhizal fungi and a mushroom, both are harmless and a sign of healthy fertile soil.
I personally wouldn’t want bugs like that in my house but if you’re okay with them they should be harmless too. Maybe someone else will know for sure.
Personally I don’t think you need to repot, just get some large pumice stones to line the top. They will weigh the root ball down but have nice air gaps for air flow.
