Help Requested! Our farm was donated a ‘hydroponic demonstrator unit’ with no instructions. Where do we start?

Our farm received a donation of a second-hand 'hydroponic demonstrator unit'. We grow in soil primarily now, and we're excited about getting it operating. Unfortunately, this is a new idea for us, so we're a little in the dark and having trouble knowing where to look for an answer.

We are wondering what type of hydroponics this unit will use? And what instructions should we be looking up to put it back together? Also, are there any parts missing that we need to replace, or is it relatively complete? And generally, any tips or suggestions to get this unit producing?
