  1. The plan is amazing! Thanks for brining us along. Question: You currently don’t use the porch/portico outside of your master bedroom (I think because of too much sun, I can’t remember), why not cover both that porch/portico and the new one you’re installing to ensure you can use them? Either way, you both have worked so hard for this; so happy and proud of you!

  2. So stunning, I would honestly never have noticed all those areas of inconsistency because of course I’m always looking at the gorgeous garden. But the changes make so much sense and is going to be amazing. I’d want it all done at once so your patience is impressive. You’ve worked hard and have earned all of the benefits that hard work affords you. Never apologize.

  3. Oh ta funny cos in UK we get more wet days than any other. And the puddles and damp soil, the colour of sky and plants felt so familiar. If I don't plant in rain it never happen lol. What wonderful opportunity to appreciate others gardens.
So excited for u for the reno

  4. Oh Laura and Aaron, so very beautiful and it is you all. Eric did a great job. Having everything on sight is good planning. Can you or would you want to try and take cuttings from some of the big bushes, trees to save and have for planting later? You always do such a wonderful job of sharing your ideas and how you see things. Plus WHY you do something a certain way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Have a wonderful day.

  5. Douglas cracked me up with his odd behavior towards the soil bags! 😂🐈‍⬛🤣
Bread Pudding is my favorite dessert but I’m with you – it cannot be soggy!

  6. Laura, would you ever put iris in the flower beds by the Hartley? Maybe just the back half, I bet you could see them beautifully through the windows ❤️

  7. Be honest, how many of us snapshotted the renders so we could daydream alongside Laura and Aaron? Gorgeous plans, you have wished long enough. Time to jumpstart your dreams.

  8. I’m so happy and excited your family. You are building an Estate for generations to come and it’s awesome. You are so blessed. You and Aaron have worked so hard to build a wonderful family life style. It’s just beautiful. The Reno won’t be easy and there will be bumps and it will be messy but you’ll get through it and like labor pains you will forget how painful it was and you’ll have a wonderful functioning home in the end and it will be worth it. We are for it your followers are loyal and you are part of our everyday.❤️

  9. Gorgeous! I wouldn’t change a thing. I might rethink the wall foundation idea. None of your lovely seating areas are next to where you want the fountain so you won’t hear it, and you have other water features.

  10. The house renderings are gorgeous!! One thing that I desperately want in my house is a mud room. I don’t know if you have one in your design but you mentioned maybe putting a door into the pantry. Maybe that could be a combo mud room/pantry, if you like the idea of mud rooms. To me, they are awesome spaces to hide the messiness of everyday life. Just a suggestion.

  11. Great video! I really enjoyed it. You didn’t seem rushed, just relaxed and happy to share. I’m happy for you. I’ve been with you since the townhouse and I agree with many other viewers that you deserve everything that comes to you. You have worked hard as a team together bundling each of your assists for the best outcome. Success every time. Love to the 4 of you and all the others that you have given work and enjoyment.

  12. I’m wondering if you’ll have trouble finding the right contractor to do the work? That seems to be the biggest problem for people.

  13. Great work ! After replacing my windows w grid to windows without – definitely no grids so much less visual clutter and love the unobstructed views -maybe do a render without grids -also changed the double hung to cranking windows second best decision I’ve enjoyed might take a look at Gerkin windows great bang for the buck and great efficiency
They do have a pattern trim on the glass that might fit the vibes if you choose no grids that would be great views and design /

  14. Hello! Well done for the renovation plan! I kindly suggest to have a wider entry door by the southern porch! cheers
