anyone got an Idea what it is or what to do with it (besides from letting it grow) 😀 Love the New leaves

It’s a maple, looks like sycamore to me. Not among the best species for bonsai, suited better for large sizes. For this reason, I would plant it in the ground or a large pot and aim to thicken the trunk, just a bit of pruning in autumn to keep some energy and branching low down, which you would cut back to down the line.

There is a reason why that’s often the advice I’m afraid. Some species, including sycamore (if that’s an accurate id ) just don’t work well at smaller sizes. The internodes (gaps between branches), and leaf size don’t reduce, and you can’t get small twiggy behaviour. There’s not really a secret hack or anything, leave this to grow, if you want to work on a tree and don’t have a tree to work on, my usual solution is to go buy some cheap nursery stock

You have some interesting curves/twists and turns in the lower trunk, and then lots of straight lines at the top. I would pick a planting angle that highlights the twists and turns and then run it on for a few seasons. Have fun with it.
