    Yes, it’s a species of ladybug, more specifically *Harmonia axyridis* – Multicolored Asian ladybug (aka Asian ladybeetle or Harlequin ladybird).

    There are more than 6000 species of ladybugs, some don’t have any spots at all, some have a lot of them – for example even 28. For example the native Spotless ladybeetle has 0 spots, Convergent ladybeetle has up to 13.
