Not sure but I’m following, as I’ve noticed this same exact looking thing show up on a couple of my FLF’s leaves recently, too. I did see a couple little bugs on another plant of mine that was right by my FLF, so I treated them both for pests with some systemic granules and captain Jack’s bug brew spray and am hoping that if it is from the bugs I saw that I treated it in time and they’re not able to cause more damage!
Keep an eye out for small little bugs in your plants soil and I’d recommend getting some Captain Jack’s bug brew to spray your plant with and get some bonide systemic granules that you can sprinkle into the soil of your plants when repotting them that should help add some protection from pests in the future. These are both highly toxic to animals, though unfortunately, so I don’t recommend using these if you have any cats or pets that could reach or get at your plants whatsoever! Also, these are only meant for indoor plants, as they will kill pollinators and other outdoor critters that come into contact with it!
Pests are the only thing that makes sense for causing something like this though, imho, and it is that time of year where I live where the weather is getting warmer and the bugs are coming out. I hope someone corrects me if I’m wrong on this, but it doesn’t hurt to treat your plant for them just in case (if you don’t have pets that can reach the plants anyway!).
Oo, and if you do notice any bugs, try and get a picture of the actual bug to post here so you can find out what type of pest could be causing it and how to best treat it depending on the type of pest! I didn’t get a picture of the bugs I saw and am now realizing it would’ve helped narrow it down for me!
